PROJECT SCOTT

Multi-Generational living was a massive part of the brief. It was important for the client that her elder had an annexe where she didn't feel separated from the family, having complete access to the ground floor for self-care. They were asking for a space that everyone could access as a family, as well as their four children having their personal space with access to the outside. The challenge was that this was a three-bedroom Mid terraced house which meant we could not extend out the sides. Project Scott now a five-bedroom property, has been planned over four floors making every inch count, Holistically designed to house everyone. For the space to flow throughout their home, we concentrated on making strategic architectural changes to extend out to the rear of the property and down into the basement, creating a Tea House.
